When avid students are satisfied with what they are learning, they often perform much better in the particular fields, for the simple reason that interests lead to curiosity and aspiration to learn. Nevertheless, what we call efficiency does not simply mean what we learn but also indicate the way we learn, through which a sense of team work is formed----one of the major goals of pedagogy, and the right direction of self-improvement is realized. Therefore, although interests are elementary aspects, the efficient learning should be achieved through co operations and instructions by experienced teachers.

Admittedly, if education caters to individual demands, each student will learn eagerly to “explore” for his interests. Never can we deny the fact that when a person is curious about something, he may spare no effort to obtain the relative knowledge, and the effect of exploring, to some extend, is learning. The achievements of American education are due to the system in which each students are never forced to know what they dislike or learn something unwillingly, and thus each student maintain the aspiration of knowledge. In this sense, the American education system is far more efficient in encouraging students to learn. If one is tired of day after day remembering tedious materials, how can he sustain the enthusiasm for acquiring knowledge?

Nonetheless, the purpose of education is never so simple that as long as one has obtained knowledge we deem him as an efficient learner, but that in the process of studying, he cultivates a sense of cooperation, the value of the world,  a broad vision and how he should perform in his life. In any scientific research department, teem work is so essential that one can never accomplish discoveries individually. Researchers should share opinions, data, records and other materials, which demands each person to collaborate with others. Assume that a student only obtains what he wants independently, seldom will he communicate with others or identify others, and consequently, he won’t have the capacity to concerning about his surroundings, which is a necessary ability to succeed. Therefore, learning individual interests without communication is not an efficient method, and may even be a harmful one.

In addition, students should not be encouraged to learn only about individual interests in that most students are immature, not aware of their future and have no idea about what should be useful for their further development. They do have inspiration, yet without the instructions of teachers they may fall into the wrong directions. Each noble winner attribute to his achievement to his tutor, from which we can see the significance of the correct instructions.

To sum up, learning is a complicated process, and we should not expect to attain materials simply depending on our own needs, although penchants play a great role in the way of learning. One will achieve little without instructions from teachers or communications with others.

Assume that a student only obtains what he wants independently, seldom will he communicate with others or identify others, and consequently, he won’t have the capacity to concerning about his surroundings, which这个有点含糊把，虽然我知道你指代的是capacity to...，但会让人理解成相反的 is a necessary ability to succeed. Therefore, learning individual interests without communication is not an efficient method, and may even be a harmful one.
到这里，我还是没想明白，你怎么把interest 和 cooperation结合起来的？
首先，满足个人兴趣，为什么就和合作冲突了？很多人不是想有相同的兴趣爱好吗？难道他们就不交流吗？
其次，即使满足了兴趣也具备了交流合作的能力。。。也许这对学生以后的发展会有力。。。可这和教育本身是否有效率直接挂钩马？你怎么理解这个有效的？
照你文章拿给的意思，应该是只要它更好的利于学生今后发展就。。。。。
而我个人的理解是，小局要在他有限的资源和背景下，最大化的利用发挥教育的作用，因此需要一个喝得的教育指标，或者说实施 准则。。。
大家对题目的理解不一样，所以该期你的文章我难免会主观，很难钻进你的思路里

你结尾就没有点cooperation
如果你所谓的cooperation，就是学社概念和老师之间的合作的话，那你论述段的第二段就文不对题了，你很多都是指人与人，同事学社概念之间的交流，没有说学生和老师。
而且，更重要的是，topic中只是说interest，怎样怎样，它本身并没有说老师和学生是否要合作。。。

与这个相似的观点，应该说，学学生自己选择的兴趣和需要，不一定正确，因为他们知识结构不完整思想不够成熟。 这时，就不能学生要什么给什么，而应该在老师的指导下有条件的满足他们的需要

你看，同样是说老师和学生应该搭配起来，你的说法就不够直接，出发点是这种教育忽略了合作的重要性，感觉绕了个圈子还没说清楚。
而我的出发点是这种教育本身的漏洞和一种极端的选择。需要度的调和。

所以，同样的意思，出发点不同，写出来感觉就不一样了

我的论证思路的确不是很清晰，有的时候很想当然，其中，你说的interersts &cooperations没有联系起来，我是这样人为的，“ Assume that a student only obtains what he wants independently, seldom will he communicate with others or identify others, and consequently, he won’t have the capacity to concerning about his surroundings,”， 所以"what he wants"="interests""communication=cooperation"不知这样的假设是否有漏洞？
另外，第一段有瑕疵，cooperation后边应该有修饰语，
with others, 不然就像你理解的，with teachers 了 。这样cooperation就可以在下面的论证中体现了。
还有我每写一篇都要一个多小时，有什么加快速度的方法？尽管我知道练习十分重要的，但是这已经是第四篇了，恳请指点
