When avid students are satisfied with what they are learning, they often perform much better in the particular fields, for the simple reason that interests lead to curiosity and aspiration to learning. Nevertheless, what we call efficiency does not simply mean what we learn but also indicates the way we learn, through which a sense of team work is formed----one of the major goals of pedagogy,(这个观点很少见阿,有待看你的论证) and the right direction of self-improvement is realized. Therefore, although interests are elementary aspects, the efficient learning should be achieved through co operations and instructions by experienced teachers.
Admittedly, if education caters to individual demands, each student will learn eagerly to “explore” for his interests. Never can we deny the fact that when a person is curious about something, he may spare no effort to obtain the relative knowledge, and the effect of exploring, to some extend, is learning. The achievements of American education are due to the system in which each students are never forced to know what they dislike or learn something unwillingly, and thus each student maintain the aspiration (of)to knowledge. In this sense, the American education system is far more efficient in encouraging students to learn. If one is tired of day after day remembering tedious materials, how can he sustain the enthusiasm for acquiring knowledge?

Therefore, learning individual interests without communication is not an efficient method, and may even be a harmful one.
到这里,我还是没想明白,你怎么把interest 和 cooperation结合起来的?
首先,满足个人兴趣,为什么就和合作冲突了?很多人不是想有相同的兴趣爱好吗?难道他们就不交流吗?
其次,即使满足了兴趣也具备了交流合作的能力。。。也许这对学生以后的发展会有力。。。可这和教育本身是否有效率直接挂钩马?你怎么理解这个有效的?
照你文章拿给的意思,应该是只要它更好的利于学生今后发展就。。。。。
而我个人的理解是,小局要在他有限的资源和背景下,最大化的利用发挥教育的作用,因此需要一个喝得的教育指标,或者说实施 准则。。。
大家对题目的理解不一样,所以该期你的文章我难免会主观,很难钻进你的思路里

如果你所谓的cooperation,就是学社概念和老师之间的合作的话,那你论述段的第二段就文不对题了,你很多都是指人与人,同事学社概念之间的交流,没有说学生和老师。
而且,更重要的是,topic中只是说interest,怎样怎样,它本身并没有说老师和学生是否要合作。。。
与这个相似的观点,应该说,学学生自己选择的兴趣和需要,不一定正确,因为他们知识结构不完整思想不够成熟。 这时,就不能学生要什么给什么,而应该在老师的指导下有条件的满足他们的需要
你看,同样是说老师和学生应该搭配起来,你的说法就不够直接,出发点是这种教育忽略了合作的重要性,感觉绕了个圈子还没说清楚。
而我的出发点是这种教育本身的漏洞和一种极端的选择。需要度的调和。
所以,同样的意思,出发点不同,写出来感觉就不一样了
