If you are sending the original certificates you can copy those and send
them also. You will not need to have your copies certified if you are
also sending the originals.

看来可以把学校开的学位证明件复印，然后和学校的原件一起寄过去了，大家如何看呢？

如果你邮寄的是原始的证明,你就可以复印再邮寄;你不需要证明你的复印件了,
因为你本来就邮寄了原始证明.
