Okay, I understand your abilities and conditions.I may accept you in my laboratory in W University for one or two
years from this September.The W University administration office already recognize the scholarship program by
Chinese government and the officer told me that the tuition will be waived under the scholarship program.

However, I am afraid that if you already submit the proposal also to other professors in W  or professors in other university or not,and the multiple proposal is rejected by the W Office.
If you have multiple proposal, declare it honestly now.
