Argument:
25.The following appeared in a memo from the mayor of the town of Hopewell.

have risen by 30 percent. The best way to improve Hopewell's economy, and

个人觉得当月机经还是挺有用的
本人总共写过四篇issue 和 三篇argument 结果今天考到的argument 就是其中的一篇，真是撞大运了

Moreover, the money she has brought to the university in research grants has exceeded her salary in each of the last two years. Therefore, in consideration of Professor Thomas' demonstrated teaching and research abilities, we recommend that she receive a $10,000 raise and a promotion to Department Chairperson; without such a raise and promotion, we fear that Professor Thomas will leave Elm City University for another college."
