退役士兵申请

我的好朋友，解放军正规军士兵（非预备役，非民兵），现在退役了，年龄20，ACT 33分，托福620，现在申请美国大学，请问会遇到什么问题。   那些school report    teacher report    final report  怎么办（已毕业，高中还会盖章吗？）？:confused:

My concern here is how he get ACT score?

If he has the ability to enroll the ACT test, then why didn't he take the SAT ?

If he is in International sch and take the ACT in his own school, then why he join the army?

If he didn't take the ACT writing part, then how did he take SAT?

Supposed that he told the sch that he joined the army, then the university he applied is not a fool, so the university will ask him is the milirary services mandarny or not? If the university knows that the milirary services is NOT obiligated, then he has to explain his motivation to give up his study to the university.
