1．如果是个人自己办签证，不通过电签， 那么从1开始递申请材料到等到PVA到拿到准签信大约到多久？4个月？3次递材料几次可以用在读证明代替毕业证书？如果有不可以代替的地方，那么6月中旬拿毕业证书赶的上7月的开学吗？如果电签是不是整个流程就是“EVISA：付学费－获得COE－递交材料－收到体检表和TRN－体检－获得签证。”？还是我用普签流程“普通签证：递交材料－收到体检表和FN－获得PVA－体检、付学费－发COE给DIMA－获得签证”中间某一步可以用电签？

2．关于这个+15分的东西，下面说的本科文凭undertaken while the applicant was present in Australia 可不可以包括交流生呢？我是合作办学的学生，毕业可以拿到澳方undergraduate degree的，如果我去做交流生1年可不可以算是met the requirements呢？

3．关于“Skilled – Australian-sponsored
Overseas Student (subclass 881)”，这个sponsor一定要是亲戚关系吗？澳洲人可不可以呢？非亲戚的。。。

1.没有毕业证书，是不能获得签证的。如果赶8月入学，只可能找中介做evisa，才能赶上。
2.不可以。要在澳洲读的本科才行，3年。
3.不可以。必须亲戚。
