TOPIC: ARGUMENT56 - Collectors prize the ancient life-size clay statues of human figures made on Kali Island but have long wondered how the Kalinese artists were able to depict bodies with such realistic precision. Since archeologists have recently discovered molds of human heads and hands on Kali, we can now conclude that the ancient Kalinese artists used molds of actual bodies, not sculpting tools and techniques, to create these statues. This discovery explains why Kalinese miniature statues were abstract and entirely different in style: molds could only be used for life-size sculptures. It also explains why few ancient Kalinese sculpting tools have been found. In light of this development, collectors should expect the life-size sculptures to decrease in value and the miniatures to increase in value.

The argument proposed to collectors to expect the life-size sculptures to decrease in value and miniatures to increase in value, based on recent archeologic discovery and explanations of it. However, some errors happened in the deduction.

To begin with, it's possible that some Kaliness life-size sculptures were made of molds, however not all of them. Only some molds were found without other supporting evidence, which wouldn't make the possibility high enough to assert. Some other techniques may have been used to create life-size sculptures, which may have been undiscovered yet. And the argument couldn't exclude such a possibility with sufficient evidences.

What's more, the argument suggested the increase in value of the miniatures without any direct explanations. Only implications existed, by the few discovery of sculpture tools. That wouldn't lead to an increase in value, since it's common sense miniature may be much easier to make than life-size sculpture, with or without a mold. No evidence beyond that were introduced.

To a further step, the argument deduced the decrease in value of life-size sculpture on the assumption Kalinese use molds for mass production of life-size sculputure. Otherwise no such decrease in value would have exists. However, no evidence indicates such a mass production. A possibility stands that Kaliness only produce one sculpture from each molds. According to the report of discovery, these molds are actual bodies. Hence in such a case, the life-size sculpture would be more precious than miniatures, since each of them response to one life.

To sum up, the explanation of the archeologic discovery may be a possible explanation of techniques Kaliness used to to make life-size sculptures with such realistic precision, however not an inevitable one. Besides, the deduction to the decrease suffers a lack with further evidence. All these made the argument unpersuasive.

感觉太简单了,LZ没有在提出其他原因之后进行扩展,比如说明如果不是文中原因而是其他原因,那么原因具体的作用方式可以用于凑字数,呵呵.
最好每段话第一句都指出作者的错误,而且句式不要重复
