在悉尼大学的网站中，关于Application Processing Fee的网页中有这样一段信息。我没太明白，请过来人指教！万分感谢！

University of Sydney staff members engaged in international marketing and recruitment activities are authorised to waive the APF for
complete or nearly complete applications that they personally review at exhibitions or interview programs.

An application will be deemed complete enough to justify waiving the APF when:

• The application form is correctly completed in all areas.
• Complete or nearly complete transcripts are attached.
• All attached documents are properly certified.

The staff member must personally examine the application concerned before granting or withholding an APF waiver. Agents cannot waive the APF.

是关于可以不交申请费的条件么？没太明白，能解释一下么？申请费可以不交？？？？

你只有在教育展或面试中递交完整的申请材料才有可能被免申请费.....

如果直接邮寄申请的话, 一定要交钱的.........
