51. "Education will be truly effective only when it is specifically designed to meet the individual needs and interests of each student."

提纲:

Nowadays, it is very common for a teacher to teach many students (often more than ten) in one class at the same time, so it is almost impossible to teach everyone individually. But I do agree with the idea of designing education to meet the individual needs and interests of each student.

In the first place, the appropriate teaching method applied to the students respectively may cause better result. For instance, it is fairly common that some students who can not get good marks are reproached by parents. As is shown in many researches of psychology, the way people dealing with information are various. Good marks attribute not only to the diligence of the students but also to the indigenous factors. If the students are taught in proper way for them, they will find it easier to learn, which makes them think that they can learn as good as others.

As is shown in a survey conducted at 2 classes in a primary school by Education School of Peking University, the average mark of a class containing only 15 students is significantly higher than that of a class of 50 students, with other conditions controlled. The advanced study demonstrates that because the students in small class will receive more attention from the teachers, they are more likely to have special education from teachers. The different teaching methods for each one are more likely to be applied.

As is accepted by many people, children of teachers often have better academic achievements than others for their parent can instruct them individually, especially when they encounter some problems in academic. The process of individual instruction is not only concerning the knowledge, more importantly, but also concerning the learning methods.

In the second place, the knowledge that students are interested in differ from each other. Some students prefer Maths, while some others prefer Arts. Teaching students what they really want to learn is of great importance, which will make them active, consequently enhance their efficiency in learning.

In addition, everyone has his or her own advantages. Many psychologists have agreed that intelligence is not a simple thing, but a multiple integrity. In the theory of multi-intelligences, the famous psychologist Howard Gardener claims that there are 8 sorts of intelligence in human’s mind. Consequently, teaching what is really appropriate for them can fully exploit their potential. If Michael Jordan, one of the most famous basketball players in American, was forced to study Mathematics, he might not become as successful as now.

To conclude, when every student can receive appropriate education designed to their own need concerning the teaching methods and the knowledge, along with their own interests, the education will truly be effective.

In the first place, the appropriate teaching method applied to the students respectively may cause better result(有这种表达?). For instance, it is fairly common that some students who can not get good marks are reproached by parents As is shown in many researches of psychology, the way people dealing with information are various. (这两句话没说好,感觉突兀.) Good marks attribute not only to the diligence of the students but also to the indigenous factors. If the students are taught in proper way for them, they will find it easier to learn, which makes them think that they can learn as good as others.

The different teaching methods for each one are more likely to be applied.(最好有句话统领这一段)

As is accepted by many people, children of teachers often have better academic achievements than others for their parent can instruct them individually, especially when they encounter some problems in academic. The process of individual instruction is not only concerning the knowledge, more importantly, but also concerning the learning methods.(这句话需要进一步阐述)

写得不错。
只是逻辑不够清晰,最后一个论点不够有力。
