4. You will share the kitchen with my current roomate, a nice chinese NWU student. There are 1.5 bathroom in the building, so you will have an almost private bathroom. You will also have a closet to store your luggages. The laundry machines are in building, which is convenient.


The rent is $500/m if you rent for more than two months and $545/m if you rent for less than two months. All utilities, electricity, internet and comcast TV are included.

没有看出你的这句话的逻辑。。。
我看了下我的学校，空房间，2-bedroom都要900一个月，平均一个人450。。感觉550这个真是够便宜的。。

是apartment,2bedroom,1.5bathroom,我的roomate有一个独立的卫生间，但是没有洗澡的，我也有一个，但是洗澡要公用一个的，所以算是almost独立，厨房是公用的，我的照片上的厨房，除了水池，其他看到的都是我用的地方，还有一个小的箱子也是我的，没有拍出来。因为要去加州做intern，所以不想空关着，如果你们有人暑假来这边的话，可以考虑一下，我觉得住的很舒服，而且家具什么都有。

而且我的roommate马上要毕业了，如果来住的觉得好，而且以后也打算要在这里租房子，可以考虑续租，反正我也是要再找个roommate的。
