A public official who want to be an effective leader must maintain the highest ethical and moral standard is an absolutely necessarily apothegm which must be comprehended deeply.

As the representative of the government, a public officials to some extent are symbolic of justice ,rational and sublimity. Based on this opinion, the government is unsuspecting to deal with the affairs which happen in the stats. Dumb millions believe in the government and be certain of that problems can be solved in reason. It’s unbelievable to envision that a public official can do something satisfied without ethical and moral standard, even disobeying filial piety, disrespecting others and vicious. Clinton who is a good politician in some stage with acuity discernment in political and economical . Because of the scandal American people give him up in stead of Geoge Bush.  Because Clinton lose the credit of dumb millions. In Chinese ancientry, some person who owned great character are nominated to be the government official . Maybe this behavior is parochialism but it is obviously to get that the characteristic of highest ethnical and moral to public official.

To be a effective official without the highest ethical and moral standard is unbelievable to public official . The highest ethical and moral standard is the weapon which can defeat the corruption of the money , vanity ,and the ambitious of the power. Malversation ,bribery ,and other kind of illegality happen all the times , I think every official is admirable at the first. But persons are always changed specially in the officialdom which always comparison to dye vat in the fiction. And sometimes to make a choice is very difficult, especially facing the temptation, the one is between the heaven and the hell. It’s just like the success and the failure. If you lose the key you lost yourself. The key is the highest ethical and moral standard .

The famous sage , politician and militarist in the Chinese ancentry who is called Zhuge Liang said that the one who want to go father must be unclaimed. If someone can attain this band, he/she can be another Zhuge liang.
