154"Both parents and communities must be involved in the local schools. Education is too important to leave solely to a group of professional educators."

Positon: The more people in, the more developed education is.

A: First, parents are the nearest people around the students, their behaviors are the key to teach  their      kids and make the schools' desitions into practice.

B: Second, kids are most likely to play and talk with the communitymates, and also they should   often do something in community.

C: Last, professional educators can also provide some theories and do some research to help local    school building the mature education system.
