1、少数人获得，因为只有少数人对社会贡献有大成就，并且社会财富也不足以颁发太多的高额奖金。
2、高回报奖金是严格的评选标准筛选出来的，是一种社会效率机制的体现，有付出有所得，促进社会进步。
3、高回报的奖金，是成功的象征，成为无数人奋斗的动力。有人争辩道，数量太少，但是只有数量少，才能保证这个动力有效的推动人们去奋斗。
4、高回报的奖金，给获得者提供了充足的资金支持以在专业领域作出更大突破，促进社会进步。（eg,袁隆平，居里夫人）

High-profile awards are necessary in order to illustrate the mechanism of society efficiency which would promote society progress.Although just few person could get the awards ,the reasons about this situation is just a few person could have outstanding contribution in particular fields on one hand,there isn't enough wealth to give too much High-profile awards on the other hand.In this case,we could not deny the great function of high-profile awards on promoting socierty process.

To make sure that high-profile awards serve the right purpose of society, the committee who give the prize out always make sure that the rules of the awards be fair and strictly adhered to.What is significant is that high-profile awards point out the right which all individuals in particular fields who make efforts.In a word,the high-profile awards has sth. good to do with the process of society.

Simply put,high-profile awards which is the symbol of success inspirit with endeavor for numberous people.A case in point would be my personal experience to get to the scholarship in my college.What's the best way to show others my outstanding in school which is with great and many talents?The derectest means to achieve the schlarship.The fact is that the studens whose grade rank the top ten percent could get the recognition in one faculty. I have to study harder than others aiming to approve myself ability above majority.

Not only may high-profile awards be mental identity in the persusion of many person,but it can also provide adequate experiment funds for those who devote themselves to some particular fields.With the fund they made more progress which is good for society.One good example of the awards promote society process is the experience of the two Nobel Prize winner-Madame Curie.She worked very hard and discovered the element radium,then She received the Nobel Prizes for Physics in 1903 ,accompanied with the great honor and high-profile money.Later she made use of the money in the new chemical field and did many outstanding contribution for society.As the result she received the second time of Nobel Prize for Chemics in 1911.Obviousely,we can see the Nobel Prize which is just for fewer topping person could move the society forwords.

Another example for approving my opinion is the story of Yuan Longping,one of the greatest scientists who is Known as the father of hybrid paddy rice in China.His hard work in agriculture won The Toppest State Science and Technology Awards of 5,000,000yuan.With the money Mr.Yuan digged himself into the field of Chinese food supply experiment and achived great contribution,which promoted the socierty proceed actualy.

In order to deserve the recognition of high-profile awards,people must be supposed to work hard to achieve contribution in some particular field.The awards is an recognition for individual on one hand,and inspirit mechanism to society progress on the other hand.As a sufficient tool,High-profile awards should be applied in our society which will make the society move toward a much more efficient direction.
