The evidence this argument relied on is a study among first-time ulcer patients, which reveal little credible support to this conclusion after careful thinking.

Firstly, the author based his argument relying on the mere study among the first-time ulcers, which indicates that the patients did not take Zorba suffers a three times recurrence rates to the ones took. If all the other factors such as age, health before ulcers, cure process, diet, and so on are similar, if not much, are same, the study has its value to demonstrate this conclusion. Moreover, the author must provide the number of the sample, the year the survey took, and even the way the survey performed to indicate the scientificaalness of this survey. However there is no evidence to demonstrate it is that case, so the conclusion the author gets is unconvincing.

Additionally, the author ignores the difference between ulcers recurrence and first-time ulcers happenings. Even if the survey is scientific and really illustrates that Zorba is high effective in preventing recurrent ulcers, the author could not conclude that Zorba is also effective in preventing first-time ulcers, as there is no evidence relevant at all. Perhaps Zorba only effective to recurrence and will do nothing effective to first-time ulcers. And if someone who has ulcers before, he or she will more careful and more caution after that, so the author could not justifiably gain this argument.
