As the symbol of nationwide power in the position, government most elected by the local citizen occupies the predominant resources by drawing every laws or legislature. And to be more effective and efficiency, government officials reflect the will of people without resisting the government essence. I virtually concede that in order to create a harmonious atmosphere for society, government taking charge of the willingness of nation, if no abuse of power; can serve for people through the rational utilization of power endowed by the citizens.

In one sense, what is the goal to construct the government is not only to organize and maintain the order of market, firms, family and so forth, but the most essential function regarding as influencing all aspects of people is the representative of the citizen’s imaging and to be a gate guard of prosperity and liberty for us. Furthermore, stemming from the mechanism of formation, government officials as the delegate of government should take into account the voters’ benefits, because every official elected by citizen, represents distinct cabal’s profits. Accordingly, in view of threshold of mankind needing, officials must aim at the overall goal that the level and welfare of lives. Only if the emphasis placed on the integrity of benefits we can attention, government would normally proceed without the pressure from society and intervene from culture.

At one’s glance, government officials have blind to accept each implement will of people, as also brings out inevitable problem and society issues. Admittedly, without personal judgment, the arbitrary behavior and policies may be detrimental to ameliorating general good of people. Government officials, like Churchill and Roosevelt during the world war two, with conscience and sense of responsibility should use their judgment and wisdom to influence the public, leading them away from misinformation and towards reason.

Whereas considering the distinction of government between eastern and western world, we clearly recommend that the definition or the essence of government in west derives from the ancient regime and regulation, not due to the party which accompanies by the nation. In western world, the constitution consists of a myriad of organization, which represents various caste profits, as like the cabal as exists. Therefore, when it comes to the profits, it is highly probable that some grounded divergence may induce the contradiction among the constitution; naturally, it is hard to get consensus over the issue. However, the major people have to confront with the conflict, even undertaking the burden imposed from government.

But if government official exerts the power without the restrained by legislature and constrained from constitution, it will be a nightmare of nation and uncontrolled disaster. Even if he indeed has dramatic personal judgment, we could not rely on the ambitious person, since he only makes any policy in light of his private desire, regardless of the nation benefits absolutely, as is demonstrated by the history of the Nazi Germany. Hitler as a typical negative example shows that an unrestrained person is in danger of abusing power than making apropos use of it. In that age of dark, people strive for struggling in the affliction. We could not merely focus on whether official has personal judgment or not, but what is more crucial is that whether he can reasonably make use of power and efficiently executive.  

Consequently, due to analysis and reasons mentioned above, we may safely arrive at the conclusion that government officials should rely on private judgment and capacity rather than entirely carry out the wiliness of people, just under that circumstance that we can restrain the burgeoning of personal power. To better satisfies citizen’s needs, our government must thoroughly respects the rights up which people reasonably bring.
