先查清楚学校/项目的申请要求，如果强制需要附RP，那当然要带。如果不是强制性的，建议第一次套磁不附RP，等导师有积极回应问...

根据往年申请情况，都是要conditional offer换firm offer的，拿firm offer和学签在后续办理签证，这个情况建议一方面核...
