In nowadays, many fields of study are facing amazing opportunities as well as big challenges. The development of technology and all science fields provide strong support for the improvement and advancement of all fields of study. In my observation , the help of outsiders is very "important " to the future of all fields which based on following points:
   First of all, outsiders can bring new information for the progress of insiders. Because of revolution of communication technology, any scholars in any place can easliy find a interconnected network for research , that is , each field of study is becoming an important node in such a huge organization all over of the world . Any field can not be purely isolated from that, the outsider's experiences and knowledge can influence the development of the studay in a sensitive way, such as, a biologist will get information about the progress of mathmatics through internet or tv show, maybe this news will push him reconsider his reserach program. In the first half of last century ,the progress of manufactory bring the birth of new artistic branch- which overset the original concept of beauty and inserted new ideas into art , such as depiction of speed, admiration of modern machines , the high progress of modern society etc. Obviously , it is huge advancement in the development of art field, but nothing will happen if there were not the big development on modern technology and manufactory.
    Second, outsiders can inspire reseachers think their field at different angles and always bring big improvenment for the study.  As we know , many researchs always are educated in specific  department and focus on their fields, it is necessary to let them understand the field deeply and get strong research ability through professional education , but the shortcoming is peopel always have little chance or intention to communicate with outsiders of their field and get fresh knowledge which has totally different angle on specific topic, it is dangerous for the study because it likes they close the window and can not find the change of weather, the insularity of research will make the field lost important opportunity to make a big advancement . Development of archeology keep low speed in last century until the researchers bring the technology of DNA form biology field , through which , the archeologist can easliy to make desicion on relationship between different ancient person and make a clear analysis on the development and organization of specific family -even big community. On the other hand , the find in archeology such as the find of earliest human beings will dramaticly change the research of literature and research of agriculture .
    Through previous analysis, it is easy for us to find the importance of outsiders for the significant advancement in many fields, but it is necessary to point out that the tradition and knowledge of every field are very important and unique resource which need every research cherish. It is unreasonable for any field which want to get big progress without strong support from their own knowledge , if the sunshine is the knowledge and experience from outsiders, the soil must be the resource and tradition which herited by research from their own fields, the development can not happen without both two factors.
