I don't know the number for VT center.  I called at 18003755283, and i guess this is a general number.

You are right that you can just call the custom service number on your receipt.

Yes, you can ask for a fax number for acceleration from a representative.

BTW, there are many auto selections before you can be connected to a representative, be patient and listen carefully.
