提纲：
1、首先，这样的大学有住于提高人们的全球意识，帮助解决全球问题。
2、然而，全球问题很复杂，不同的国家有不同的文化背景，不同实际情况，不是一所大学就能解决的
3、并且，每个国家的实力不同，最后有可能形成发达国家占主导的情况。

I concede that all nations should helpsupport the development of a global university to find a way solving world'spersistent social problems. For sure, A special university focus on globalproblems can improve the cooperation among the countries all over the world.But the diversity of the culture, religion, history, economic and socialsituation between different nations can hardly be engaged in one issue just byfounding a global university.

Firstly, a global university can gather thescattered efforts and studies around the world by providing a professional andunited circumstance. And therefore, professors and students can devotethemselves to the process of studying and ultimately solving these worldlypersistent social problems. For example, when we talk about drug abuse, italways be related to the criminal network which is connected from country tocountry. As well as the instance of Worldwide Finance Hurricane, which happenedin 1997 caused just by Brazilian economic collapse, totally proved that withsome social problems we are in the same chain when globalization become deeperand deeper.

However, it does not mean that theestablishment of a global university will be a perfect way to solving theworld's persistent social problems. Although some common issue like environmentalpollution, energy crises, terroristic threats can be discussed and solved inthe same standpoint of globalism, there still are many global problems as wellas regional conflict and independency, human rights infringement which cannotbe divided from its own special cultural background and different standards forethics and value. Moreover, professors and students in a global universityshould be from different countries. And they certainly have their own culturebackground, religion beliefs and social situation which are definitelydifferent between countries. Take a case of abortion as an example, which istreated as severe ethic depravity, though even legistively prohibit in somecountry. While in other countries, expansion of population makes them to treatit litter legistive limit or ethic pressure on such behavior. In a sense,problems in different stages and people in different sights make it difficult tosolving world's social problems for global university.

On the other hand, according to thedifferent power of different countries, the support one nation can give mightnot be the same as well. The fact that big country give more support, more orless, might affect the domination of the university which might also influencethe trends and viewpoints of research and study. It is meaningless when theuniversity cannot preserve the justice of the study.

In conclusion, founding a global universitydesigned to engage students in the process of solving the world's mostpersistent social problems is a good idea in the aspect of improvingglobalization. Nevertheless, the different situations and standpoints make itdifficult to achieve the purpose of solving world's problems effective.

But the diversity of the culture, religion, history, economic and social situation between（of） different nations can hardly be engaged in one issue just by founding a global university.

Nevertheless, the different situations and standpoints make it difficult to achieve the purpose of solving world's problems effective.


[总的来说，该文把想表达的意思都说了出来。不过我觉得在逻辑上有些混乱，论证的过程总让人感觉像是缺了什么似的。另外，语言上值得注意的地方不少，最重要的一点是，本文的口语化痕迹很重，建议以后多注意一下，呵呵。
