   In the author's opinion,he claims that education's effectivity must be
based on meeting the individual needs and interests of each student.AS far as
I am concerned,foundamental curriculum play a more important role that the
specifically designed courses.
First of all,it is undoutable that interest is the one of the most
essential things for students which is benificial to their studies.
As is known to all,Interest can provoke students  wonderful inspiration and
endless passion,bring up their potential ability and courage when they confrontes
the truoble.Nevertheless,without interest,the students will cower at the face of problem,
lose their goal gradually with the time going on,be bored with the abstruse knowledge,
let alone  letting them make any new progress.Copernicus,a famous scientist,was once admitted
into a medical college to learn medicine when he was young.In the campus,he was influenced by
a eminent astronomer and he had a keen interest on atronomy instead of the medicine.
It was his interest on atronomy that he became a famous astronomer for his new heliocentric
theory which was concidered to be the foundation of the modern astronomy.Thus,simple and minimal
as this example shows that it is rational to some extent that education should be specifically
desigend to meet the interest of students.
On the other hand,it is impractical and unrealistic in fact to achieve the great goal
mentioned above.There is not enough qualified teachers to teach so many various courses,
is short of adequate classrooms for diverse teaching plans and insufficient money to carry out
these plans.In a short,the whole educational resources are limited and valuable.
As a matter of fact,many children who shoud go to school at their age can not have the opportunity
to study in many countries nowadys.What we should do at first is to ensure these poor
children to go to school like their own age children.So,it is unnecessary to design various
curriculum to meet different interest now.
Furthermore,if some schools have a lot of resources that the adiministrant can offer
students their special courses.Whereas, with the economic  gobalization, all countries shoud
participate in the international competition and technical coooperation. Thus,education's
duty is to make students comprehensive development which contains not only  intellectual
ability but also  moral qualities,physical fitness and aesthetic appreciation.So,we
should require  students to take the same curriculum in order that they can become a
qualified talent for the society rather than the specifically designed courses.The too
seperated plans for everyone may undermine their physical and mental health.
In the end,I prefer more foundamental curriculum rather than specifically designed courses,
even though students may benifit something from the latter.Only through requiring the students
to learn more same courses can they be more excellent at their ability and be more competent for
the development of the society.

In the letter, the committee of homeowners claims that the average property values
of the nearby Brookville community have tripled in the last seven years for their
set of restrictions about the landscape and the colors of the exteriors of their
homes,and the Deerhaven Acres' homeowners should carry out the similar plan in order
to increase the property values. The conclusion is based on some irrational assumptions
and many illogical mistakes.
       First of all, there is little casual relativity between the increase of the
property values and the restrictions. The increase can be attributed to a lot of factors.
Maybe many of Brookville community's homeowners rent out their room for other people to
do some commercial things, such as opening a big shopping center, building a famous hotel.
Or perhaps the owners are smart merchants themselves who made a lot of fortune in the last
seven years through managing their houses. Furthermore, the local government made the
transportation around the Brookville community more convenient for developing it as a model
community. Since the committee do not give any other possible causes, I am suspicious of
his prediction that the Deerhaven Acre's homeowners also should adopt the restrictions. (第一个错误：因果)
       Besides, it is impossible to let every owners adopt the same set of restrictions
on landscaping and house painting. The uniform exterior landscape of the houses may give
rise to some serious problems. If the community imposes the restrictions on the homeowners
without a further discussion with them, the owners may even unite together to oppose the
rules and even move out from the Deerhaven Acres so that the property values may decrease
rather than increase. Unless the majority of the owners are in favor of the rules, the committee's
new restrictions are hard to take a good effect. Thus, it is hard for me to believe that the plans
can be carried out smoothly without other new helpful measurements.（这个错误能否成立值得商榷。）
      Finally, I can make the conclusion safely that the argument is unfounded.
If we want to make the conclusion more cogent, we must have a basic study of some other
aspects below. Firstly, we should know the surroundings around the two communities; secondly,
we must have an idea of most owners’ opinion in the Deerhaven Acres; thirdly, we
ought to realize the influence of the uniform of the landscaping and house painting on the
community.（两个社区的环境是个重点错误，应该单列着重说明，第二点和第三点与besides那段重复，而时间这个错误没有说，并且缺少总结段。）

以下是我改过的文章：

Secondly,even though the restrictions exert a good influence on the rising of the property
values,anothorlogical mistake will undermine the committee's conclusion.The same restrictions
do not mean that the same effect will happen to the Deerhaven all the time Acre.The fashion
backgrounds must be taken into account which hardly remains the same during such a long periond.
Perhaps the fashion of colors has changed a lot recently.The assumptionmentioned above,if ture,
will definitly  weak the view the committee has.

Thirdly,even though the trend can last long enough from now on,there is a chance that the
value-rising maynot occur in the Deerhaven Acres.It is impossible that all the factors are
similar in both comunities which support the committee's claims.Nevertheless,there are so
many different aspects between them such as the constitution of the population ,economics,
and the infrastructure.

To sum up, I can make the conclusion safely that the argument is unfounded for the evidences
do not support the arguer's view strongly.If we want to make the conclusion more cogent, we
must have a basicstudy of some other aspects like the different surroundings around the two
communities, the color fashion nowadays.only with these new information,counld this argument
become more convincing.
