With the development of the economy and technology, pursuit material and mental satisfaction, goal is the essential part for a person. If a goal is worthy, work hard and make effort towards the goal is surely play a most impotent role in the fighting process. However, to take any means to get the achievement is unjustifiable.

In the first place, we must discuss about the impotency and complexity of goal, which leading to the promotion of career and accumulation of material circumstances. For a graduation from university his first may be to get a job without requirement of salary. But when he attain a high-level of career, he may require more goals such as house, car. Furthmore, after several years obtain to successful accumulation of material resource, the goal will change. People must fight for the goal step by step, and construct a beautiful life and high status. This is not only vital for a person but also crucial for a company or a country. Consider about the management of a company, CEO (chief executive officer) will make a close goal and a long-profit goal to arrange every strategy of corporation. This illustrate the proper arrangement of goals are vital for the development.

In the second place, the means taken to attain the success must limited by the moral and ethic level of society, especially confined by the law. We are now living in cooperation and interconnection world. The action not only concerns about you but also effects others and relate to the society. The standard of citizenship demand us to abide the moral and ethic requirement which guaranteed by laws. Consider the progress of society, no hesitant to devote our goals to the construction object of community. Without prosperities of society, our goals become no meaning.

The last but not least, different period or one period of lifetime people have different goals which may hard be conciliated. So we must properly arrange this goals to attain the harmony development of career, live, health and so on, that is, these parts are all essential to a person can not be divided or be immolated. Wealth, health, happiness are also very impotent for a person, a person who have wealth lack of health won't be happiness, a man who sort of wealth may busy with survival without sufficient time to enjoy the life. So the goal may complex and various, we cannot divided them or immolate each part.

In sum, if a goal is worthy, then take the measurable method to obtain the goal is very impotent for the development of a person. It is very vital to teach the student especially the fresh-social man the suitable means to attain the success.
