二，任何成就的取得在于否定或者超越模范，人们只能学校模范的精神和品质，却不能照抄。
三，人们作决定不能单单考虑个人利益，而应该考虑全人类。
I agree with the speaker's second contention that people should think and act independently rather than simply copy others, while I insist we should not underrate the function of role models, since it is important for improving standards of social conduct.
It is undeniable that considerable emphasis is needed to be placed on role models, in order to encourage people to pursue a higher standard of social conduct, while avoid weak points and bad habits. Teacher in elementary school always tell stories about historical figure, concerning how industrious or prudent those figure are, aiming to encourage students those good habit or conduct. In particular, a large number of advanced persons have emerged from among the masses, and that has had a very favourable impact on society. Without those exemplary deeds, lots of people would lose their way and could not distinguish right and wrong. Furthermore, role models in any society help to build up a fair, democratic and harmonious society. Martin Luther King's ambition and deed encourage his followers to continue to strive for the liberation of Blacks in the United States, they dream that one day the Blacks will not judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character. Today's Blacks in United Stated share more human right with Whites, and that no one could deny this is just the result of role model of Martin. This example also shows that role models serve as a spiritual leader that lead people strive for the promising futher and collective interest of human being. And under cirtain circumstance, the roles models can be the predominant force determining the future of a country or the whole world.
However, any achievement can only be accomplished when contemporary people deny or transcend the previous role model. Creativity can be the core value of any subject, expecially in science and technology. In this sense, the role model can only provide experience and spirit to facilitate further research and study. Any one simple copy the act or thought of role models would achieve nothing. For example, if Eintein copy the theory or critical thinking of Newton, relativity is impossible to discover.  When it comes to the artist, it can be seen that artists are pursuing their own style in the whole life. Imitation will certainly lead to failure while creativity is the surest way to compose masterpiece which would be handed down from generation to generation. Take the music for example. The field of music can be classified into classic music, country music, hip-hop, rock and blue and so forth, and each style represents a certain musician's creation. It is possible that if the muscian copies one another, we could not see the prosperity of music nowadays. Thus, the role model is the chief impedement to inhibit the generation of novel ideas, and any insightful students or scholars should keep role models from restricting the innovative thinking of individuals.
Finally, I have to point out that, when people act and think independently, they should not only make the choices that are best for them, but also are best for the whole society, the whole country or even the human beings. Only when people combine individual interest with that of the whole society can one maximize the profit he or she could gain. Hitler as a famous dictator, who would not like to copy any emperor in the history and want to explore a new way to start a war to control the world, leads himself to a disastrous defeat at the end. His tragedy stems from his ambitious objective that is not in accordance with the common interest of mankind. This case tells us a negative example that anyone could not make a success when he only consider his own interest without taking into account that of all mankind.
In sum, independent acting and thinking play a critical role in the process of innovation and development. However, we should not ignore the importance of role model in terms of lifting the spirit, improving the standard of social conduct, building a harmonious society and so forth. Moreover, it is wise the learn experience and spunk from role models, while creating novel ideas and critical thinking to transcend the role models in order to make choices to bring benefit to people and individual person.

提纲的前两部分很好，尤其是第二部分，第三部分和整篇文章的衔接感觉突兀。可以谢谢独立思考的好处，也有很多可写之处，写选择不大合适。
