TOPIC: ISSUE51 - "Education will be truly effective only when it is specifically designed to meet the individual needs and interests of each student."

Do education will be effective only when it meets the needs and interests of individuals? I think the answer to this Issue primarily rely on the definition of "effective education".
If effective education just refer to personal level ,and the sole purpose of education involves meeting the needs of students during learning the knowledge which their are interested in . then a special designed education according to distinct characteristic of each students will have several merits.
first of all , since the subjects they learn are the ones their are interested in ,the learning process could be more efficient and they would also work with more diligence and efforts which usually result in their successful career .second , special designed educational system could help individuals establish self-esteem ,their distinct potential, which make them different from other people and enhance their self-confidence would be discovered and cultivated by this private system . moreover , competitions among individuals ,usually amount to Homogenization competition , could transfrom to distinct appeals ,which might ameliorate people relationships nowadays .
Admittedly ,we should be wary of the negative effects this special designed educational system poses on individuals . since students not always know what they are really interested in and what they authentically need ,this system would mislead them and waste lots of resource and energy of either individuals and education supplier .for instance , many students need to choose their majors when entering the universities , however , most of them might choose msot fashionable and  hottest majors or ones have a bright future rather than the ones they really could be interested in . in this situation , if our special designed system meet them impulsive requires ,then maybe many years which could contribute to the major learning will be wasted .
Secondly . if the definition of "effective education " comes to the level of society , and education should serve to the society's progress . then this special designed education system could be proved to be useless and even detrimental .the potential for harm in special designed system could involve two aspects .
first one .if education serves to the society's progress , then the paramount things will be a guarantee that majority of students will share the benefits from education ,which could just allocate  finite resource . Common sense tells us, educational resource is not enough to meet the need of every student , if we keep adhereance to achieve this objective , the consequence coming up could involve a unfair educational system and" low efficiency " to society .
second . society's progress needs diverse professional skills and technologies ,if our educational system is just designed to cater the interests of individuals , it is entirely possible that some professions ,which involves a undeveloped location ,and a terrible working condition, would not be ones' choices , if so ,the uneven allocation of talent would impede the society's progress ,however , if we establish a education system not for individuals but for meeting society’s needs . then this problem would be addressed .
In conclusion , the evaluation of education depends primarily on the definition of  "effective" , if effective means a maximizing benefits to society , then special designed system for individuals would do harm ,even if "effective" refers to maximizing benefits to individuals , when we concede that it has several merits, we should be wary of the detrimental potential of this private educational system .

满足学生兴趣的教育是否有效主要看有效的教育的定义。If effective education just refer to personal level ,and the sole purpose of education involves meeting the needs of students during learning the knowledge which they are interested in . then a special designed education according to distinct characteristic of each students will have several merits.

以学生为中心的教育有很多优点。
first of all , since the subjects they learn are the ones they are interested in ,the learning process could be more efficient and they would also work with more diligence and efforts which usually result in their successful career .
second,(前面貌似没有first,应该不是照应first of all的吧) special designed educational system could help individuals establish self-esteem ,their distinct potential, which make them different from other people and enhance their self-confidence would be discovered and cultivated by this private system . moreover , competitions among individuals ,usually amount to homogenization competition , could transform to distinct appeals ,which might ameliorate people relationships nowadays . 为学生专门设计的教育是学生可任意学得更好。(优点)

文章的内容很丰富,分多个层次论述,nashing的语言功底真的很好啊。
不过我个人感觉,读起来比较混乱,理不清头绪,内容太多了。
限时写的,已经很好了。比我强很多了。我是不是有点吹毛求疵了!呵呵!

囧 我太中式英文了
我想表达的意思是
个体之间的竞争,通常是同质化竞争,可以转变成为各具特色的吸引,这样就可以改善人们之间的关系...................猛拍我吧........
