用的young卡，开通了网上支付，钱没有被扣，发信问了。。回信如下，该如何解决呢？

不会啊，划钱失败也许是卡本身没有境外支付这个功能而已（当然这可以问问银行），作其他用还是没问题的吧~

我的那张卡自己报了一次，借同学报了一次；其中有一次是被declined了～诡异～
要是以后再用这张卡境外支付的话不知会不会有问题?
