“The elder the people is ,the more tact he/she is” is a Chinese traditional aphorism which reveals a viewpoint that the young people is always thought to be less experienced than the elder who is familiar with detail of the item which they deal with and so sophisticated that they are mature for their jobs. Yet in the field of inquiry the beginner who is always young people is vivid, passionate and makes his/her determination to their research and science work. Furthermore the open mind to the new thing results in important discoveries by the beginner.

The high speed of the update of the knowledge, a great deal of foundation of interdisciplinary, along with renovate of the science and technology indicate that nowadays the social is a legend of the information which is abundant in new and fresh things. The beginners who master the new architect of the knowledge, new method of research and new equipment of the experiment are more adaptive for inquiry works. Take electromechanical for instance, the person who not only has the knowledge of mechanical but also grasp something about electronics can invent a nice product. It is that the beginners who receive a modern education in college which is composed of integrative courses are more likely to finish complicated works and make important discoveries than the experts whose knowledge is limited in just one field.

The title of expert is normally granted to someone who is rich in experience on a specific field or in an enterprise. The fact that when they face to a problem having appeared before they always quickly use the same method to solve the same problem shows the importance of the experience hold by the experts. At the other hand the settled thinking model of which the experts possess is a disadvantage for making discoveries previously. Without that prior knowledge and experience,the only way that the beginners must undergo is trying their best to find a better solution to the problem which maybe is solved by experts using an old method. At the same time the important discoveries are made and inventions are contrived in process of questing for lots of different solutions. There are lots of stories about the beginner or a beginner relative to the expert in the same field making important discoveries in the history. When Einstein was young and not famous, he realized the inadequacy of Newtonian mechanics which is firmly proven to be a perfect theory by scientists which is used to depict and forecast what happened in the earth well. Then with the attempt to consummate the limitation of the theory, He advanced the theory of relativity which bought a significant influence to the development of the science today.

The truth that the experts are more experienced than the beginner doesn’t make the experts being dominant in the field of inquiry. The passion of the beginners, mastering the new architect of knowledge and the will of the beginners are the tools of the beginners that make them more likely than experts to make important discoveries.
