2) (让步)因材施教,通过学生的兴趣所在,引导他们更好的学习,能够更高的提高效率,所以,兴趣是一种有效的手段
3) 【从教育的结果与过程对比的谈】 教育是为大众服务的,学生最终要面对的是社会。只有通过教育,使学生获得独立的精神、正确的人生观、良好的合作意识,才能使其很好的面对社会的挑战,才能最终通过为社会做贡献而实现自己的价值;所以,教育不应该被定位在满足学生的需要和兴趣上,有些东西,比如数学和哲学,未必是每一个人都感兴趣的,但他们是我们所必须掌握的东西的,所以这些公共的必修课也没有必要单独设计
4) 从客观条件来看,专门为每一个学生具体设计显然也是不现实的,毕竟教师的资源和精力有限,所以教会学生思想,辅助他们通过实践来满足自己的需要与兴趣也许更有效

How to measure the effectiveness of education? Should the standard simply focus on whether the individual get what they want? The speaker claims so. However, I can’t totally agree with the speaker’s opinion, but assert that when each of the students has learned how to be a man, the education he got can be justified as effective no matter what the process was.
Admittedly, the interests and needs can be transformed as one of the most proper way into pulse to stimulate one potential and push one work harder with more activity, which play a more vital and effective role in the way to success. In the old days of china, the pioneering philosophical and educational saint Confucius has established the notion that different means should be adopted to independent individual as the talents are various from person to person; that is one of the duties all the educators responsible to is attempting to dig out, encourage and cultivate such talents. With thousands of years’ tests and practices, the notion does not merely disappear in either diverse ages or dissimilar cultures, but widely spread around the world, accepted by unrelated-background educational researchers and even thrive in now days.
Hardly can one hear the criticize towards such learning style, but what we usually know is that when a Nobel price winner evaluating his primary school, he always focuses on the air of freedom in the class which, as he reckons, constructs his first incentive to pursue the natural mission God endues him.
Thus, the interests can never be neglected but treated as a method to improve the effectiveness in the learning.
However, the goal of education is not only effectiveness but also the cultivation of students who serve to the public(including our society and country), the improvement of human civilization and the realization of one’s value synchronously after their graduation. Therefore, the efficient education should play a role in one's growth that gradually lead him to gain the independent spirit, the cooperative attitude with others and the right view toward life and world. These treasures accumulate on different courses little by little, as the old say(and I paraphrase) “history makes one advisable, poem makes one intelligent, calculating makes one precise, philosophy makes one thoughtful, ethnics makes one polite and logics makes one debatable”. At that point, education shouldn't be limited within certain interests or needs as various course make special use in one’s construction. Though some subjects are not welcome to everyone, such as math or philosophy(which are the guide to other subjects), they are the essentials we have to master ; in other words, the essences of such traditional courses which have experienced thousands of years' developments and complements are suitable to the common and the only thing the young have to do is to absorb, with no specific efforts to design the curriculum.
What's more, it is not objective to make up a particular schedule for each student. Concerning the fact that the number and vigor of teachers is limited and comparatively constant while demand of schooling increasing year by year. we may practice a new strategy to solve the contradict--teaching the students what they should do, such like looking for the encyclopedia or the Internet, to satisfy their own interests on the position of guidance and leaving their enough time under their control to test their ideas into performance—a strategy that sustains the normal knowledge and does no harm to one’s particular development.
To sum up, the interests and needs can be best used as a method but not the final goal of the students. The choice of the attainment can be achieved in a more creative way while encouraging the development of the precise interests.
