F1  SH 自费 7月9号1000 秒拒，8月27日2000 PASS

在GTER潜水大半年，得益于版主和楼主们得经验和指教。在此表达万分感谢。我们得情况比较特殊，国内专科转美国2年制学院是2+1得合作办学。此类申请在GTER偶尔见到。

1000被拒经过：7月9号下午1：30

ME：Good afternoon

VO: Good afternoon,然后开始敲键盘，不语

ME：I am a transfer-student ,xxx and xxx……..

VO; Your program has problem………I can not issue the visa today….

什么也没要看

2000 PASS经过：8月27日上午8；00。 1000被拒过了一周想约7月底得，没有。只有9月初得。再过了一周再约已到了10月6号。想想总会有人会取消预约的。不料2张电话卡快打完了，还没有名额空出来。经人指点，先约了10月27日的，再给领事馆发了ASPS传真，说明开学时间和预约号，请求给予提前面谈机会。三天后，上海领事馆来电话，让我27日上午8点去。

27号穿了家父的短袖衬衣（从我有记忆开始，还是第一次穿衬衣。这也是GTER的建议）一早6:30就到了梅龙镇广场，7:30放人，8：00开始。我在9号窗口，年轻的男VO。

VO: holle
ME: good morning! nice to meet you
VO: how do you know the xxx?
ME: I am a transfer-student ,xxx and xxx has the joint-program in the terms of my major and I have finished all courses in the xxx university for two years. I must go to US for finishing one-year's courses and then will come back to china for getting the diploma.

VO：BALABALAB，大意是如何证明是合作办学，因为我们的批文是中文的。（请大家一定要注意，材料最好是英文的。9号VO能说汉语，但明显看不懂）

ME：BALABALA介绍。也不知他是否明白。
VO: how many people in this program?
ME: SIX  and two of us have got the visa
VO: where did the visa issued?
ME: shanghai consulate
VO: what is the name?
ME: balabala
VO:(开始看电脑 好像是在寻找他们的名字，但不是打字) 。我在一旁等待 发愣
VO: why will you come back to china?
ME: you may be interested in my photos(借此机会把我拍的照片递上去了。竖着塞不进，他示意横过来塞。因为我将全家每次出国度假的照片和与我专业有关的展会的照片贴在A4纸上，再写上内容。)
他在翻看i have been  shanghai 2007 auto show and i have investigated for a long time…………….他面无表情
VO: you have been to egypt?
ME: yes, i have been there with my parents last spring festival
VO: which city you have been?
ME: cairo .Luxor….......
VO: why you choose egypt?
ME: it is amazing and its civilization has long history, mummy………........
感觉到这步就差不多了 但是我还是不敢放松。果然他给了小绿条子
ME: thank you so much thank you so much
VO:have a nice day

感想：从我1000被拒到2000通过的实战结果来看，有许多和LZ们的经验一样，如要自信、主动、形象要得体……..。 但此有此心得：当VO一看到你的本尊或你所交给中秘的材料时，已经有了70-80%的心证。接下来是VO想在某一方面来确认他的心证。因为，VO没有时间来全方面的来考察你的情况。VO的认知和当时的情绪起很大的作用。因此，也造成滥杀许多无故的现象。我的材料十分充分，但只看了PHOTOS和批文及课程表。以上仅供GTER朋友参考。最后，感谢大家。
