求助：我j-1二签竟因为出国理由被拒

我是硕博连读,今年研二了.因为导师和美国Wyoming大学老师很熟,联系了一实验室去做实验,费用有那边的老师支付。为期一年半。     一签时问到最后vo向我要存折，我说没带于是被拒，我知道存折很重要，但我家在农村准备不了。并且那边老师有封给vo的信中提到了费用问题。
     这次是二签了，我是我们这一小队第三个，签证官接过第一个时几乎是边看材料边把拒签信递了过来，第二个是个三签的F1女生，也还是拒了。我尽量镇定的走向前
   Me: Good afternoon！
   Vo:Good afternoon！(她向我看了一眼微笑了一下和客气的说，然后继续看材料，验证真实性)
   Me:(看她查完了，我想着要主动证明我的回国约束力，因为听说这点现在查的很严。)Now I am preparing for my doctoral program,so I     must come back for my doctoral degree.
   Vo: en..
   Me:(我感到她想看证据,就递给她学校证明信)And I have a letter from my school.
   Vo:(她仔细看了一下，）ok...When will you graduate?
   Me: Four years later.
   Vo:Four years?!(她很奇怪)
　 Me: Yes.Now I am preparing for my master and doctor　combined program.It is five years in all.So there are four years left.
   Vo: Oh...What will you do?
   Me: Research about mouse brain. For example Its neural circuits and net works.(上次听别人说要说是基础性研究比较好，我说basic research about mouse brain and accumulate preliminary data 并且他也在看美国老师写的那封信 )
   Vo:Why will you go there?
   Me:（我以为是问出国的目的）Learn advanced technology and after coming back I can develop our own lab,then maybe I may be a teacher in my university.()
   
   Vo:Why will you go to this university?
   Me:I involved in the exchange program and we have communicated with this university for many years.Last year a girl from our lab went there.
   Vo:Oh, sorry.But I cann't give you the visa. (我有些着急了，没听请后面几个单词好像是　do not have good..reasons）
   Me:(我继续争取)Please tell me why .If you need more documents I will bring them when I get my visa.
   Vo:Sorry, I have decided.It doesn't with your documents.
　　很奇怪这次她没问资金的问题，应该是她真正目的是想看约束力或者是还没来得及问吧．其他约束力方面的资料也带了不少．这次应该是我出国的理由不充分吗？那我如果再去的话该怎么回答呢！？？？？？？？？？
