有句话看不太明白，请教

Medical radiation scientists are in high demand – both locally and internationally – and Australian-trained professionals are among the best in the world. Using high-level technology,professionals work closely with patients to diagnose and treat injury and disease. The graduate entry master’s programs provide graduates with the academic and clinical skills required togain entry into the three main professions of the medical radiation sciences. Graduates attain professional competencies in Diagnostic Radiography, Nuclear Medicine or Radiation Therapy.To practise in Australia all graduates must complete a 12-month intern period called a Professional Development Year. This may not be required in other countries.

我在看悉尼大学的这个专业，是master，两年的，也是紧缺60分职业。这段话摘自悉尼大学的留学生手册，但是最后两句话看得不是很明白，是说毕业后还要实习一年还是什么的？请教，谢谢:confused:

另外，grad entry是什么意思呢？还有这个专业对雅思的要求是7.0 (6.5)，括号里面的6.5是说可以去读语言么？
