前几天电脑坏了，这时才发上来！ 好像都分组了不知道有没人拍啊！:funk:

Is education truly effective only that is spectiffcaly designed to meet the individual needs and interests of each student ?
In some repects , it is reasonable whether education satisfy every educated requirement and interests for themselves.  Student-oriented education is the most effective way to help students learn. The traditional teacher-oriented education often neglects the individual needs and interests of each student, which proves counterproductive. Student-oriented education can most effectively involve individual students in the learning process. In the most of students , if they study their interested subjects , it will get twice the result with the half the effort . Teach students in accordance with their aptitude is universally accepted effective educational principle.
However , not all the students clear all that they needs and interests . As time go by, something that is recognized interested will be changing . It is seem that you like play the piano in yours childhood , but now you like play the computer . Every people go through vary from childish to mature . During this time , something that they will understand and study from society and family will be changing their interests and needs . people have interests and needs in himself childhood .teachers and perents all encourage him to do his interest . if he’s interest is changed in teenage ,many time have been wasted and he lose study other subject charge. If their interests and needs are ensured earlier , their interests and needs are likely to be limited . If we meet their interests and admit them to do something that they like,they may not to study anything except play . At present ,many student have nothing in interesting except playing the computer games .
Besides ,they still pursue unceasing change personaly requirement and interests ,it will be lose study anything charge. After all, students don't know what is more impotant values them to study.I think they must be ensure study the basic subjects and knows , then they will pursue personaly interests . In this instance , they will give full play to their professional knowledge or skill. If their interests are changed , they may easy to put into new study . they will be found fundermantal study and interest are assoiate important .
If you agree with my point , now let’s move . I believe every people’s interest will be full play and understand more knowledge.
