Currently, a considerable number of individuals claim that conventional foods are being supplanted by convenient foods gradually. Furthermore, international short orders exert adverse impact upon both families and communities. Overall, I agree (^with) the opinion expressed.
(Due to such a long history of developing, most of us, adults especially, would prefer traditional foods to snack.->First of all, some elements would be lost when we choose fast food over the traditional food.主要还是帮这个BODY找个中心句) The familiar fragrance of (^home-made) dishes and warm environment with family members, for example, might make us comfortable, which is irreplaceable by fast foods. In other words, by taking (short order->take-away food), distance between people is not able to be shorten, family relationship can not be closed, family cohesion are not able to be fostered, family ties can not be strengthened.
Moreover, the disastrous effect of intake excessive fast food is (numerous->striking). (^It’s been proved by the medical experts that the fast food could generate, either directly or indirectly,) symptoms like the development of cellulite in all those icky places, loss of energy, (increase->more chances of) bad cholesterol levels in your body, weight gain from excessive calories, and even insulin resistance that could lead to diabetes. As the problem of obesity is spreading widely all through the world and more people focus on how to keep health by avoiding the “rubbish food”, the fast food could not, at least in my opinion, spare the blame and change the negative view imposed upon it.
At the (community->national?) level, conventional eatable helps to better introduce the country to foreigners and showcase the brilliant history and culture to the outside. One can have exactly same ketchup or chips in McDonald, due to the standard operation procedures used by the McDonald. But only in China could you taste the original Peking-Duck because the genius, inimitable chefs are only available there. When it means “only”, it could kind of represent unique culture. This is what the super fast-food chains shop cannot achieve. The competition in the food market is fierce now. Thus the uncontrolled introduction of snack poses damage to the survival of the local food, which consequently means the lost of national culture based on the analysis above. Considering all this, it is evident that fast food might do harm from the social perspective.
By way of conclusion, although the trends of modern society (seem to all->seemingly?) point to one ultimate goal—saving time, (and fast food well serves this purpose->which is served well by the take-away food), it is advisable for us to make every possible effort to preserve (and carry forward our conventional->the habit of sitting down to enjoy the home-cooked food with your family and take your time.) And the busy society might benefit a lot if every member within it could slow down their swallowing pace.
