不小心点了MIT的fee waiver然后被告知 Please be sure to send                 a guidance counselor approved SAT Request for                 Waiver of College Application Fee form to the                 following address……

Request for Waiver of College Application Fee forms 这个表在哪里找呢？根据CB的说法凡是SAT Fee Waiver的都能从Counselors那里得到，但是SAT Fee Waiver貌似好像只给美国本土和波多黎各学生……然后又发现另一个表：

if you really wanna cancel that fee-waiver and there is no option in the form, the only way to do it is writing them an email
