I agree with the speaker that it is sometimes necessary, and even desirable for beginner to innovation in order to make use of all merits of beginners’ for technology developing. However, a contrary view would reveal that expert is the foundation of making important discovery because of beginner’s restriction. Nevertheless, both of them are the indispensable factors in making any important discoveries.

The reason for my fundmental agree with speaker is that compared with expert, beginners have many advantage. They have enthusiasm and impulse when coming into a new area in which everything is attracting, thus ones can plunge into work without consciousness of tiredness and time, while experienced experts maybe used to such setting and lacking interesting. What is more, another important reason is that beginners have no constrain in mind when he/she front against one thing, whereas experienced experts tend to be more conservation in both thinking and behavior which is obvious that harmful for technology developing, for all our know that science and technology go forward unless make a breakthroughs above formers’ even overturn formers’ theory. A compelling instance is Einstein who is the most scientist, yet he is just 20 when pubic relativity which incurred a worldwide conversion. In short we see that beginners are highly motivated and enthusiastic people who are eager to establish their career and fame.

Nevertheless, although beginners perform better than expert in certain aspects: one should not be blind to his/her shortcomings and the advantage of expert. Comparing with beginner’s impulse and enthusiasm, expert has more experience, logical and analyze ability, for these are the elite of one’s ability accumulate through longtime work, one can analyze and cope with a tough thing successfully. Besides, having established system in-deep knowledge about certain area is also helpful. Moreover, when review numerous inventions we can learn that experts still be the main contributor, such as Marie Curie who discovery Radium            that is in related to her abundant experience what was accumulated through hundreds experiments as will as in-deep knowledge and research on certain area, and inclined to her dream. Briefly speaking, experts are certainly being the main resource for most important innovations.

What is more, in tandem with working needs, some certain area such as lawyers and MBA also require the experience. To meet the rapid alternation in the area of economy or court, one should contain numbers of experience. Furthermore, the rulers in such area may have been considered about it. Note that Warren Buffett one of the most magic people who make fortune from the different between price buying and selling, thus he is recognized as a miracle. It requires acumen head and canny economical sense that are come from experience through his passed 40 years, while beginner is short of such things. Accordingly, experts are general more prone to get important achievements.

Overall, the beginner and expert are both important to make discoveries. On the other hand, as a beginner one have enthusiasm and curiosity such  advantage; on the other hand as the main resource in discoveries, expert still play significant roles and are superior in many aspects. In order to maximize the number of breakthrough, one should not only possess beginner’s merits but also have the advantages of experts’.
