In this argument, the author concludes that the large corporate firms of Megalopolis will need to offer graduates more benefits and incentives to graduates according to an ill-convince survey.At first glance,the author's reasoning seems to be appealling,while clearly examining the author's reasoning,we may find that it is unconvincing.The argument contains several facets that are questionable.

One problem with the argument involves the cited statistical graduates who even is the first-year students.Graduation is
far away from their mind, let alone the job-hunting. Their campus life teems with a large amounts of ease things and
without any aware of graduation. Moveover, the argument assumes that the trend in the specific region where at a leading law school reflects the general trend upon which the argument claims. Perhaps the most graduates of the leading law
school are born in well-financial family and they always ignore the significane of money, namely the number of salary,
prefer to job satisfaction. For these matter, the editoral claims are not convincing.     

Secondly,it is presumptuous claims that the large firms in Megalopolis should offer more benefits and reduce the number of hours according to the ill-convince finding. In this survey , questions which only includes the comparsion salary with
satisfaction serves as unsufficient evidences. It is possible that graduates concerns the space of individual development
rather than the salary, the well-colleagueship instead of salary, the physical matter but the salary. When it comes to other factors, the measures which the firms of Megalopolis will going to undertake are inappropriate.
   
At last, the number of law school graduates work in the large firms declined by 15% is fail to illustrate the problem.

Choosing a company sometimes is not graduates's subjective trend. Maybe the company, espicially the large corporate
company, have a rigor employment system which seriously limits the number of graduate. Turning to the internal part
of these campany, the competition bewteen colleagues must be extremely intense, and this is also a main factor.  

Overall,the reasoning seems logical as presented above since the large corporate firms of Megalopolis thirsts for recruit more elites. However, before any final decisions are made,the  firms of Megalopolis should evaluate all possible
alternatives and causes.
