有房出租，boston, BU 地区, Dec. or Jan. －next summer, $740 or best offer

The apt. is on Babcock St., Brookline and the rent is $740 per month( which is what I pay right now, but I will consider any reasonable offer), water and heat included, available from this December 15th to the next summer. Moving-in and out dates are negotiable.

The exact address is 110 Babcock St., Brookline 02446. Google it up! It’s really close to BU, BU-CELOP, BU gym, Shaws, Super 88 and Coolidge corner. It is right in middle of green B line stop Babcock St. and C line stop Coolidge corner, 5 minutes walk either way. And the neighborhood is extremely nice and very very quiet at night. The apt. building is pretty new compared with those in Allston, so you don’t need to worry about the bedbug problem. And the apt. is on the 2nd floor.

The room is the bedroom in a one bedroom apt. We separate the living room by a huge shower curtain into two sections. My roommate lives in the bigger one and the other one also got a decent size with all the kitchen stuff and a dinning table, just like an eat-in kitchen. BTW, my roommate is a very nice guy, Chinese,  BU statistics PhD student. My room has a pretty decent size and a very good view(trees and squirrels). It is fully furnished since I am gonna leave all of my furniture, including bed, table, dressers, bookshelf, TV with a entertainment unit, chairs, lamps, humidifier, tea square, clothes racket, fan… And the room itself got a big closet. Both living room and bedroom got new hardwood floor. Also the bathroom got all new stuff.

自己顶了。。。 其实我可以很负责任的说 如果大家可以负担这个价钱的话（可以适当还价） 这个房子真的是最好的选择

我到这边三年 住了好多地方 这个是最好的！ brookline本身在boston就是最好的区 安全（我家附近我都没见过黑人 当然不是种族歧视 但是每次从他们跟前走过 心里还是没底。。。）安静（有些区酒吧太多 这里你晚上什么声音都听不到）环境好（我住二楼 窗户望出去都是树 松鼠就在上面跑来跑去） 卫生（我之前住的那区allston 包括我好几个同学住的地方 都有臭虫 很严重 不是你去买瓶杀虫剂就能解决问题的 全身都被咬的一塌糊涂 你叫物业的人来 过了一个月 又是一样了 但在这里你绝对不用担心） 物业管理好（举个我今天刚发现的事 这两天下雪 我家门口人行道的雪第二天就被铲的干干净净 但是别区就完全不是 积成冰 走路很滑 每年我都有一两个朋友就因为冬天滑倒在冰上摔成骨折的 这种细节上差的太多了）方便（走到BU就15分钟 走五分钟的地方就是一个二十四小时的硕大超市shaws 以及一个中国超市88 地铁站（b线一个站 c线一个站 都只有五分钟的路 但是房子又不在路边上 完全吵不到 这边的地铁有一半是地上的 早上五六点到晚上一点多 住在路边的话是很吵的很吵的）因为我自己念BU 那我就针对BU说了 不过MIT和BC确实可以住在这里的（MIT自己那区治安差点 BC那边周围什么都没有 上超市还是要跑到我家边上这两个超市来 到BC和MIT都在半小时之内）BU是在好几个区交界的地方 有的区便宜些 像我之前住的allston 大概是600块一个月 但是环境差了蛮多的

加上这边租房子一般是没有家具的 刚来的话要去搞家具是相当不方便 也要额外的开支（要买要送） 我因为明年还要继续住在这里（我真的很满意现在这个地方） 所以家具什么的都留在房间里 很齐全的 而且我个人卫生习惯相当好 房间保持的很干净的
