    1.Generally only through research, we can find new things which many bring investor a huge profit.
    2.Moreover, if we have no courage to meet with a controversial result, we aren’t going to be taking many chance to make success.
    3.However, we cannot neglect that some researche results are controversial.

With the development of science and technology,researches have instilled into every aspects of our lives.The speaker states that money spent on research is almost always a good investment regardless of its effects.I agree with the statement,let me give my explanations to demonstrate it.

To begin with,Generally only through research, we can find new things which many bring investor a huge profit.During the passing years people have exlored many things that human beings could not know about before and reserched or invented many materals that made people's life comfort and efficiency,therefor we live in better life than our ancestors.For instence, Edison suffered ten thousand times defeats during the process of inventing lamp.In despite of the uncertain of how long it will last to achieve outcome, the result of research is certainly available sooner or later. Accordingly, though difficult to start and practice a research, anyone knows it will lead to profit and advantage.

Moreover, if we have no courage to meet with a controversial result, we aren’t going to be taking many chance to make success.For example, nuclear energy accompanies nuclear bombs,chemical medicament and chemical weapon emerge as twins.The results of research may have both positive and negative influences.They are just like the attempt of the antient to all kinds of fruits ,foods,and other things that people never attached ,which might lead to death.We could image if everyone in old periods were afraid of the adventure,then our life would have not been this way in which we are living now.Debatable results are important achievements which can finally lead us to succeed.

However, we cannot neglect that some researche results are controversial.Some new technologies such as the genetics research in recent years indicate that there should be a limitation on the research actives and an orientation that does not contradict the social moral standards,as is urgently needed. An illustrative example is the technologies of colon. All the nations in the world have claimed openly that they prohibit any form of colons applying to human beings, for it will bring chaos in people’s moral, psychology and value system, even wreck havoc on human race’s survival.

To sum up, science and technology can greatly improve the development of society, lead profits to corporations and bring benefits to people. Though some researches being controversial, we can proper use them if setting some limitations.

(Generally, only through research can we find new things…) During the passing (passed) years people have explored(explored) many things that human beings could not know(hadn’t known 过去的过去时态应该用过去完成时) about before and researched(我觉得用discover比较好) or invented many materals(materials) that made people's life comfort(comfortable) and efficiency(efficient), therefore we live in(lead a) better life than our ancestors. For instance(instance), Edison suffered ten thousand times of defeats during the process of inventing lamp(bulb). In despite of the uncertain (uncertainness) of how long it will last to achieve outcome, the result of research is certainly available sooner or later.
