I agree with the speaker that it is sometimes reasonable to be judged by people who come after them. People in the same era
may have a narrow perspective view to decide each other. Nevertheless, sometimes it is also necessary for people to be judged
by others in the same era.

The first reason for me to agree with the speaker is that it is difficult to identify one's success immediately. When one
have done something which has never been completed before, if others evaluate it immediately, the judgement will be wrong or
at least unfair in a big extent. For example, we all know that it will be a long time for a scientist to win Nobel Prize,
this is because there is a long time for people to realize the influence of scientists' work. The benefit for people in the
coming era to judge the greatness is that we can see whether the greatness is also remained after a long time. Moreover,
there is some other factors contributed for the unfair judgement. For instance, envy to the person which is judged,
discrimination to the person's work, incomprehension to the area which the person focus on, and so on. Thus, it is unfair for
people in the same era to judge one's work which is novel and need history perspective views to decide.   

On the other hand, it is also common to us that we do not need history perspective view to judge a person's greatness. If we
can evaluate one's greatness immediately, why wait so long a time? For example, Washingdon, the greater leader and the
founder of America, whose greatness is so clear, can be judged immediately. Besides, in the realm of business, in some cases
great achievement is recognizable immediately. If a worker makes great contribution to the company he or she has worked for
many years, we do not evaluate his or her greatness is unfair to him or her. Thus, to decide the greatness of individuals
which is clear or easy to be judged is possible, in some extent, is necessary. After all, sometimes prize and punishment is a
good driving motion to many of us. I can not imagine what the world will be if all people just do their work but do not know
how the work have been done.

In sum, some people's greatness can be decided in history perspective views, for their work is novel to us, or for other
reasons which will have influence on the judger's evaluation. However, some other people's greatness which is clear to us
should be judged earlier. It is not necessary to wait for a long time until those who live after them to decide it.

I agree with the speaker that it is sometimes reasonable to be judged (who or what to be judged) by people who come after them. People in the same era
may have a narrow perspective view to decide (evaluate?) each other. Nevertheless, sometimes it is also(still) necessary for great people to be judged
by others in the same era(in their times).
The first reason for me (好像可以省掉for me)to agree with the speaker is that it is difficult to identify one's success immediately. When one
have(has) done some great things which has(have) never been completed before, if others evaluate it immediately, the judgement will be wrong or
at least unfair in a big (to a large extent) extent. For example, we all know that it will be a long time for a scientist to (before a scientist win NP)win Nobel Prize,
this is because there is a long time for people to realize the influence of scientists' work. The benefit for people in the
coming era to judge the greatness is that we can see whether the greatness is also remained after a long time.(没看懂结构，呵呵) Moreover,
there is some other factors contributed for(to) the unfair judgement. For instance, envy to the person which is judged,
