The author presents an assertion that it is art creations other than scientific achievements that reflect the essence of civilization. Temping as such claim may be at the first sight, especially for those who is professional at art, it deserves further consideration to deliver such declaration. Admittedly, artistic creation, in forms of painting, sculpture, as well as music and so forth, plays a significant role in creating civilization, as is an indefinable fact. Not only are the valueless prehistoric materials preserved due to art, but the contemporary civilization will be handed down with its assistance, for it can record the every progress of us human beings'. Furthermore, the fact that the spiritual asylum of human beings is architected is attributable to art. The creations of Monet can aptly serves as an example. Every time I being watching his painting Impression: Sunrise, a subtle emotion would arise and I would feel as if I was wandering in a fantastic world, deserting all the troubles in mundane life. On the other hand, the scientific accomplishments provide art with opportunities to creation surge; consequently, increasing number of civilization can be recorded. Take the architecture for example. Owing to it, extraordinary civilization in ancient time is maintained, even the bones of people who created them, have disappeared without any trace. The scientific accomplishments, such as the new inventions of various materials, offer architect more freedom to create the exact world in his mind, overcoming the limitations of physic mechanist. The picture of outstanding architecture created by the genius Frank Lloyd Wright, with the name falling water, never fails to fascinate its audience because of its incredible appearance, out of the controlling of physic rules imposed on his precedents. Moreover, scientific researches expand our vision on art. Now, without any doubt, we can take it for granted that art embraces films, photographs as well as animations, where technology takes steps to participate. Matching the influence of the scientific achievements on art is its attributions to reflecting civilization on its own. As far as we concerned, the space exploration is the very refection of great improvement of civilization that human beings have the wisdom, intelligence and courage to challenge the uncertainty in universe. It just reminds me of the famous saying by Neil Armstrong (and I paragraphed), that is one small step for a man, one giant leap for mankind. In addition, scientific progress, to a large degree, flourishes our civilization. Diversity of machines are invented and put into daily use, which enhance the quality of our life. Computers, instead of human beings complete the number-crunching problem, saving precious labor and time for people. Again, thanks to internet, we can acquire knowledge all over the world, and it only occupies us a few seconds. On the basis of the information we attain, we could probably add more to the civilization. To sum up, it is a dixit to determine the art creations dedicate more to preserve the civilization than science does. They both serve to functioning in refection it, and the co-operation of them possibly, if not of necessity, can stimulate the soaring civilization in the every steps of history.
