Partly disagree: the best way is to combine a required national core curriculum with additional ethnic course.
1.        In the first place, the nation should select some core curriculum for all students to take before entering college, so they have the same level of study, which will help the college to organize academic curriculum.
2.        In the second place, if some provided subjects are not but adulation towards limited interest of local industry or something like that, no good will be performed both on local further development and students themselves.
3.        However, there are many ethnical nationalists who cherish their traditional cultures handed down from one generation to another. We cannot therefore ignore the distractive characteristics.
4.        Conclusion: the best way is to combine a required national core curriculum with additional ethnic course.

With our society developing at a quite unprecedented speed, there is a great information explosion around us, generated by science and technology. As a result, our knowledge has been so greatly enlarged that hardly anyone of the contemporary society could master all the content of any field of study. Therefore, as far as the students of one certain nation are concerned, a proper education system should be worked out for them so as to make qualified students for college study. To this, one might think it reasonable to allow schools in different parts of the nation to determine which academic courses to offer and which ones are unavailable, Yet, I believe that a nation should combine a required national core curriculum with additional ethnic course before they enter college.

In the first place, the nation should select some core curriculum for all students to take before entering college, so they have the same level of study, which will help the college to organize academic curriculum. As we all known, education contains several step by step stages: the basic one, the advanced one. While in the primary education, one ought to master a set of basic and essential knowledge such as mathematics, reading and so on. Since these important subjects will make such a significant impact on development of students in the advanced education that any clairvoyant schools throughout the country is expected to select them as the core courses to offer. For example, people may have the same virtue in the nation and the result of the same curriculum given by the general schools. Students who have the good basic knowledge will be prepared well to enter the universities, in which conditions they could have less pressure that comes from the parents, teachers and the society .Then they may develop their abilities in every field which they are interested in.

In the second place, if some provided subjects are not but adulation towards limited interest of local industry or something like that, no good will be performed both on local further development and students themselves. Even if such a power of deciding what courses to offer is granted to a school and the school has come up with a well-worked system of education, the students might be too young to decide what courses are the most desirable ones for them. Thus, the national education department's involvement is inevitable. The chance is, the department's decision of the education system is most to the interest of all the students. Moreover, advanced education should be introduced in more professional colleges or institutes after building up a solid construction of base training in middle school for that such a further development desires a well-trained brain which results from essential and important subjects.

However, there are many ethnical nationalists who cherish their traditional cultures handed down from one generation to another. Government should help them to preserve their individual culture characteristics by encouraging them to increase courses, which individually embody and maintain cultural characters, under the prerequisite that can meet the rudimentary requirement. The measures, deriving form the cultural and regional differences, will facilitate to guarantee the unification of educational levels and provide equal chances for every student for the entrance to colleges or obtaining a job.

Sum up all the above, the best way is to combine a required national core curriculum with additional ethnic course. The students, who are the constructors of the wonderful future to the society, need the same good basic skills, with which they could make the contribution to society, to promote their traditional culture.
