提纲：1、我不赞同此观点。时代在变化，社会在不断进步，在日新月异的今天，我们仍然需要以史为鉴，温故而知新。认真理解我们的过去，吸取经验教训，为我们的将来提供很好的指导。
      2、一个国家需要认真的理解过去，才能很好的为未来的booming发展做准备。比如日本的明治维新。
      3、个人在生活、学习、工作中也需要将多想想自己以前的经历经验，无论这些经验和经历是让你痛苦的回忆还是让你自豪的事情，它都能为你以后的指明道路，在你遇到同样情况的时候能沉着冷静的应付。比如vichi画鸡蛋的实例。
      4、由此我们可以知道，the importance of looking back for understanding the past should be noticed.一个国家的发展离不开回顾过去，一个人的进步同样需要回顾过去。这样，无论是国家还是个人在未来的日子里在面对new and complex today 时 将知道该怎么做，怎么做得更好。


    The speaker conciders that looking back for an understanding of the past lends little direct for the new and complex living today.In my point of view,I disagree with the speaker on the ground that even if the change of the society,the role of guidance always be played by recover the past,because by understanding the past sicerely,the experience we absorb from the past can provid a benefit guidance for us.

    From many examples,the feeling we got is that the country's booming really needs the correctly understanding by it's govener or it's rulling party.No one can deny a fact that the development of one country could not need the expirence which inhereted from former.A good case in point is that the Meiji Restoration,happened in 1968,which bring the booming of Japan.From the history mertirials,we got know that the govener of Japan in midle 20th century found that the country will be poor and be treatened by the other powerfull countries,if they did not change their ruler-----the emperor which was always dominated them.
   
   Individuals have their business according their past experience mostly,nomatter what kind experience they are.Maybe it will make you feel shamme,or make you proud.whatever,it bring you to the way leading to the sucess.Taking Davichi who is a famous painter in Italy as an example,during his childhood,he draw the eggs picture again and again,unboringly.Finally,he is famous after his endevor.Without the recover of the former experience,may in the world,we could not know such man.

   From what we disguss above,it is not difficult to reach the result that the importance of looking back for understanding the past should be noticed as a focus.Both the individuals and the country should treat the past sincerely in the future when we face the new and complex today,and we could know how could we do and how could we do it better.
