（本来想发在英国留学版上的，后来想来想去因为是她要留美，还是发这里吧）

表妹在英国念的高中，因为和我生日只差18天，所以现在也在申请英国的大学。她考艺术，还是设计的那种什么什么的大学，所以考英国的什么什么FOUNDATION....（说实话我不大了解，，，知道的就这么多）

但她自从知道我申美之后忽然对美国产生了兴趣。但为时已晚。。。现在她考SAT根本来不及嘛（TOEFL她应该没问题，雅思她初中的时候考6.5）

所以想帮她问下，如果她在英国念大一，可以TRANSFER到美国念大二么？（她应该也算international student，中国籍的嘛）

you need sat to get into a good college unless you have a really good background, a good IELTS score wont help much. shouldnt be too hard to transfer in to an ok college if you dont need FA
