There is no denying the fact that some curriculums, necessary for further education, should be studied by all students before entering college. But is it necessary for all the same national curriculums to be studied by all students? In my opinion, some advanced curriculum for senior students need to be chosen freely. It is unfair and low-efficient for imposing all the same national curriculum on students without choice.

Some necessary curriculums, such as vocabulary, grammar, number etc. are important for the beginners and should be learned by all students. With these basic curriculums, students can not only learn the basic knowledge on nature, but a method to acquire truth and even a view on the universe, which is indisputable necessary and important for junior students. Considering the far-reaching impact of basic curriculums on students, it is duty of the national government to prepare some basic curriculums for those beginners carefully. In the view of the little quantity of basic curriculums, it is also possible to make it.

Beside those necessary basic curriculums, some other curriculums, having different importance for some students who want to develop in different areas, need to be studied and decided with students' wills. After several years of learning, the senior students have the capability of choosing the different curriculums correspond to their interests and wills, whose rights need respects. In addition, it is useless for a musician to know how the moon runs around the earth. However, even if all the people have a will to take the same national curriculum, it is possible to have a plan, which can be applied by students, including all of physics, chemistry, medicine, law and literature.

Without choices in curriculums, if all the students have to accept the same national curriculum, it may bring about a negative impact on education and far weight its advantages. The students probably have the unpleasant associations with courses when failing to take into account the interests of them. However, the students can have a standard and a clear goal on learning with the national curriculum. More worse, only the similar ideas can the students have and no creativity can appears. Without the creativity, the society should stop making progress.

Finally, on one hand, the national government need to offer a list of basic curriculums as a national curriculum which is necessarily learned, on the other hand, another list of relatively professional curriculums, free to choose for senior students, is a good supplement. After studying the basic curriculums chosen carefully by the nation, students can have a correct view on the world, which should benefit all their lives. The free chosen senior curriculums can make students different, professional and more creative in their areas.
