In this argument, the arguer conclude during the last three years that less new law graduates go to large, corporate firms, through these offer much higher salaries, while an increasing number of graduates work at small, general firms. To substantiate the claim, the arguer provides of the survey of first-year students. The evidence presented in this argument is insufficiently support to what the arguer claims.

First of all, there is no evidence suggesting the reasons for the declining amount of law school graduates who went to work for large, corporate firms. The arguer fails to consider and rules out other factors that could interpret quantitative decreases of graduates in large firms. Maybe large companies improve their criteria to new employees, such as more practical experience, so it is harder to enter large firms for students who just graduate from colleges. On the other hand, the conclusion might contribution to the shortage of students from colleges. As the above analyse, these will bring to less graduates in large firms.

The arguer also neglects the perspective of first-year students differs from that of graduates. First-year students have not confronted the stress on looking for work, therefore, they do not understand how hard to find out a satisfied job. But, the graduates must make a life on their job, and they must consider all of aspects. Job satisfaction may be unnecessary to the graduates who are novices in jobs.

Finally, the arguer fails to offer any information concerning what reasons lead to job satisfaction. The methods mentioned above, to offer graduates more benefits and incentives and reduce the number of hours they must work, do not mean more job satisfaction.  Solving a difficult case or signing a contrast should equally produce job satisfaction. Job satisfaction is not primary causal that the students choose jobs.

In conclusion, through the ways mentioned above added the charming to jobs, the arguer provides no justification about conssequence between job satisfaction and less amount of graduates working for large, corporate firms. The arguer should investigate large, corporate firms, gaining further information on the thinking of large firms that need new law school graduates.(355个字)
