Is it the only effective way that educate student according to his or her individual needs and interests, as the speaker recommend? I agree that special education for different student would be a effective method to improve the student's potential, especially in the modern society and world where the people may be encouraged to explore their individual potential and characteristics. Yet, strictly followed, the opinion of cooperation should be also built in any one's mind; the successful education cannot ignore the cooperative education.

Truth education should stimulate the student to mind and use their own special interests and character, and should improve these students' potential. Society, especially in the modern world, needs the great leaders and workers who have their own special ideas and creativity, and these wonderful ideas and unbelievable creativity undoubtedly are from these persons' individual characters and interests. If our education can lead the student to find and develop their own great characters and potential in the correct and suitable way, our society can obviously be developed fast by these talented further leaders. For example, Einstein, who got the tremendous achievements in the modern science, said that his success is due to the correct education in his childhood. When he is young, his uncle finds Einstein’s excellent talent in physics and maths, and tries to improve Einstein's potential in these fields, especially in physics. Finally the Nobel prize for Einstein proves this kind of education is absolutely an effective and correct method. Education, following this way, must be effective and benefit for our society and world.

Education according to the student's special situation is also benefit for the student themselves. In the world, there are not two people who have the same characteristics and potential, and the successful education which is suitable for a child might not help the other one to be successful. For example, many presents find the athletes, especially basketball player and football player, can become rich and famous just in one night, and they try to train their children hardly. They hope that their children can become next Jordan or someone. They, however, ignore to consider about their children's individual situation, and finally many talented children not only fail in the sport field, but also lose their opportunity to be successful though their unique talented potential. Educating children following their own aptness is better for the children and better for developments of the modern society. Even though the children do not get some achievements in their whole lives, they can do the work they liked and live with happiness. It is the truth education.

Cooperation, however, cannot be forgotten in the education. World has already connected more tightness. Our own country’s economic, politic and further is related with the others, and cooperation is needed to develop our own country and our unique earth. The correct education should teach the student to collaborate with their teammates, and just not make the decision or do the thing following their own feeling. If we ignore other person's opinions and feelings, the world must be divided and our society would be destroyed sooner than our imagination.

In sum, we can draw the conclusion that the effective education should design to suit the different children’s individual needs and interests. And on the other hand, we should help the student to build the idea of cooperation. Following this way, we can educate the truly brilliant leader and future worker, and we have found the true education.
