In this era of individuality, student-oriented education can most effectively help students to learn. However, the speaker unnecessarily extends it to that it should fit any needs and interests of each student.

Admittedly, student-oriented education could be more effective than other educate styles to inspire the student’s interest to study and increase their ability. It is well known that every student has its personal studying customs with which they can study most effectively, but our uniform education provide only one teaching method that could fade student’s talent. Edison and Vinci were thought to be a zero, but they became great inventor and artist at last. So it is undoubtedly that every child would succeed if only they have appropriate education.

However, the precondition of suitable designed education that meets the individual needs and interests of each student is that the student knows all of knowledge and has the ability to found his interests and needs. So some basis courses have to be taken to meet the precondition in despite of whether they like it. In addition, some fundamental skills of living are also acquired all students to study, such as logicality, math, urbanity, law etc. Maybe students dislike some of them, but they have to study.

Last but not least, education designed to meet every interests of student will only lead to chaos. Student, especially of prime and middle school, could be too young to make a wise and long decision about what he needs. We all know that the sapling should be tight with some erect logs to let it to grow erectly, or else it could incline to some direction. So the young student is. It is the responsibility of parents and teachers that correct the improper habits of their kids and never indulge them.

To sum, education will be most effective when it is specifically designed to meet the individual needs and interests, which are confirmed by student himself, parents and teachers, of each student.
