            We are recommending your acceptance to the Department of Electrical Engineering at the University ** for the Fall 2008 semester of the academic year 2008-2009 to pursue a program of studies leading to the degree of Master of Science.  This admission is pending final review of your application and determination of your eligibility to receive the official documents necessary for a Student Visa by the Office of International Admissions.

You will be notified by April 15 if you are a recipient of a teaching assistantship.

            All foreign students must submit adequate financial documentation (dated within one year of intended enrollment) to receive their I-20s.

            We would appreciate your completing the enclosed Statement of Intent and returning it to this office no later than April 1, 2008.

这封信是不是意思说,如果接受此ad就发财产证明文件和这个接受文件过去?还是说给了财产证明再进行下一步的评定?

那这个dated within one year of intended enrollment是什么意思?
是说财产证明的时间是必须是08年的?还是?
