The speaker states that our society is much more new and complex than the past,
so the understanding of the past provides us little guidance now. While, I concede that the speaker’s conclusion is too absolute, though lots of new things and phenomena ocurrs now, in some cicurmstances, the history can provide us countless inspirations, historical lessons for us. So my view is we will benefit a lot from understanding the history and using it properly.
  Admittedly, nowadays our society changes rapidly in nearly every aspects, including culture, people’s living, techkonwlege and so on. Imagine 30 years ago, who could believe that people can have visual conference thousands mile away through a computer screen and a microphone. Futher more, our living style also changes greatly, people in the past living in the low ancient buildings, now we live in the high sky-scrapers. Undoubtedly, the whole world now is undergone a tremendous change through the past.
However, the speaker overlooks the effects of studying history. History is like a mirror, through which we can find many reflections and historical lessons helping us to avoid many mistakes. As the famous scientists Newton says:” If I have seen further [than certain other men] it is by standing upon the shoulders of giants”, the experience of the past is really important for us to learn. For example, Mitsubishi Motors had concealed significant defects in the break system of Pajero, one of the company's major products, before apologized to public. Hundreds of car accidents were directly caused by the break error. Thus, thecompany suffered a great goods return, losing not only the market share but also the confidence of consumers. Takeing the warning Mitsubishi’s lesson, many manufacturer of automotive recall their cars with problems.
Moreover,the purpose of learning from the past is to improve future work, not to do mechanically what was possible in the past. As to how we should do things today, this depends on the present specific conditions. We mankind not robot must learn to use the historical lessons considering the conditions not copy the history events. China’s policy of  “One coutry, Two systems” is the best example to support my view.
Our Chinese leader’s adoption of this new policy accelerate our nation’s reunification.

  To sum up, the speaker fail to recognize the importance of studying the past. However, the history can guide, inform, inspire us to solve the present problems, besides it also can provide us historical lessons to warn us. And we’d better learn from history while considering the specific conditions..

笔者的观点是历史可以带给我们帮助，但是从文中来看第二段否，三段肯定，四段说有条件地肯定，所以要从肯定的观点出发来看的话，论证是不充分的，以我的愚见可以把文章的结构调整一下，二否，三四肯，五总结时顺带提及条件肯定。仅供参考。而且三四段的结尾似乎太草率了，可以简单写两句。
[A1]感觉叙述太多，针对性不强，而且最好用呼应前句某牛人话的例子。
