收到了邮件说：
Dear Applicant,

The Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) is pleased to inform you that we have recommended to the Graduate School that you be admitted to the ECE graduate program for the Fall 2008 semester.
然后介绍了一大堆的东东，最后说：
You will be notified separately if you have been selected to receive any type of financial support.

We hope that you will choose to join us at the UW-Madison for your graduate studies. Please reply to this message to inform us of your enrollment intentions as soon as you can.
邮件要求我尽快回复，可是我的疑问是：

我查看我的状态，是没有financial support的，为什么邮件里说如果有finanical support会单独通知呢？那么我还有没有拿到奖的机会？

另外，这封邮件应该怎样回复比较好？如果没有奖学金的话，我是肯定去不成的，我回复的时候能不能说我要等到有奖学金再决定要去？还是先说决定要去，再去想办法套奖学金呢？

请有经验的大人们帮忙看看，谢谢！

实话实说，主动要求fs。
如果lz申的是phd，不知道他们什么时候评奖学金，你也可以问问。我收到的AD叫我寄财产证明，然后我发邮件给教授，说我没有钱开出这个证明，我该怎么做？
他回复说，在没有收到fs之前，我不必急着寄财产证明。我申的是phd，只能帮你这么多！
