In this memo,the author believe that Delany Personnel Firm is better than Walsh Personnel Firm through the fact that empolyees who used Delany found jobs faster than those who did not.Also the author points that Delany is cheaper than Walsh,and only half of the workers found jobs within a year eight years ago.What is the author emphasizes,is that Delany's clients use six months to find a job in average,but Walsh nine. However,in my view,this memo fails to persuade me because such flaws as follows.

Firstly,author suppose that the employees have benefited greatly from Delany Personnel Firm because the people who used Delany found jobs quickly than those who did not,but this can not indicate that Delany Personnel Firm is effective. It is entirely possible that people who used Delany only found some jobs which are worse than those who did not use Delany.Having a faster time is not to equal that having a good job.After all,people want to find a good job but not a unpleasant job with a fast time.

Secondly,this memo shows that when XYZ use Walsh Personnel Firm eight years ago,only half people found jobs within one year,also this can not illustrate that Walsh is not effective.Although only half found jobs,they all found good jobs which can give them a superior salary,a good job environment and etc.Only through the number can not make me believe that Walsh Personnel Firm is unexcellent .

Thridly,even if Walsh is not effective,and Delany is excellent,this fails to indicate that Delany is better than Walsh.Yes,Delany can make  people to find jobs six months faster than Walsh. However,only through the absolute number and the comparison of branches offices and staff can not make people believe that Delany is better than Walsh. Do not ignore the job quality which they can found. Although Delany has more stall and branches,it is entirely possible that Walsh Personnel Firm have a higher efficiency than Delany Personnel Firm.

All in all,I can not agree this memo,if the author want to make this memo more believable,he should give us much more evidences.For instance,Delany Personnel Firm actually have an effect in the helping people to find a job,and Delany is better than Walsh indeed,and etc.
