The Bank Statement must show a current date; this date must not be over one year (1 year) old. This document is required to issue an I-20. No sponsor signature on the following form: FINANCIAL PROOF FORM - THIS DOCUMENT IS REQUIRED TO ISSUE AN I-20. We have not received a completed STATEMENT OF FINANCIAL PROOF. To be complete, this form must indicate the following: The Bank Statement must show a current date.
